This document contains the general rules for using Brandstoryteller.ai.

  • Illegal and Harmful Content: No generation of malware, instructions for weapons, hate speech, or content that exploits minors.
  • Deception and Misinformation: In alignment with the EU AI Act, no deepfakes, deceptive media, or political interference. You may not present AI-generated output as entirely human-authored where originality is legally required.
  • High-Risk Professional Advice: Strictly prohibited for use in Medical, Legal, or Financial advice, or high-stakes decision-making (e.g., recruitment)
  • System Integrity & Security: No reverse engineering of model weights, adversarial "jailbreaking" attacks, or automated "bot" abuse that exceeds typical human professional patterns.
  • Compliance with Third-Party Policies: Users must also comply with the safety guidelines of our providers: Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI.

Enforcement: Violation may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund to protect the integrity of the platform.
