RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operating seamlessly between the worlds of digital, tech and motion
• Turning creative briefs or treatments into compelling animations and motion prototypes by incorporating cutting edge trends in UX and motion design
• Creating rich experiences and high-end motion deliverables, both in-house and on set, for various platforms such as web, mobile and VR
• Sweating the details while maintaining an eye for the big picture
• Delivering treatments, storyboards and prototypes
• Closely collaborating with a team of design and motion specialists
• Elevation exceptional designs into inspiring animations
• Work on DPDK brand projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Arts) in an Dutch University
• You are available ASAP and preferably for a 5+ months internship, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of video editing and post-production processes
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling animations and visual effects
• Eye for detail and a strong sense of timing and pacing in animations
• Demonstrated passion for motion design and visual storytelling
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Understanding of current trends in motion design and digital media
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their requirements for motion content

OUR RECRUITMENT FLOW 

1. Optional Initial Call, 15-minute call with a Talent Acquisition Team for an English check and a brief questionnaire.
2. HR Interview, up to a 30-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Team to discuss culture check and expectations.
3. Technical Interview, up to 45-minute technical discussion with our experts.
4. Optional Final Interview, up to a 30-minute employee conditions meeting with the Manager and People Partner.
5. References, we’ll request references at this stage.
