Frontend Developer Intern

As a Frontend Developer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to creating captivating digital frontend experiences. You'll collaborate with our talented team to develop innovative products for our clients while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

You'll be exposed to dynamic data from a CMS and learn to set up consistent layouts focused on delivering a stable user experience. Your eagerness to learn and grow will be essential in supporting our world-class, highly motivated team in designing on-point and SEO-friendly solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software applications following established coding standards and methodologies
• Develop a strong understanding of HTML, CSS (with SASS) and Javascript (React, Node, Next.JS) and stay up-to-date with emerging techniques and technologies
• Learn to work with different data structures from APIs or headless CMSs
• Familiarize yourself with tools like Lighthouse for measuring performance and following (Google) guidelines
• Contribute to delivering high-quality work to clients by understanding their challenges and participating in the advisory process
• Support accurate estimation by analyzing functionalities, risks and possibilities
• Adhere to professional processes in place

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, web development, or a related field at an Dutch University
• Basic understanding of source control (Git and GitHub)
• Familiarity with React (experience with Next.js is a plus)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
• Interest in learning SEO best practices and staying updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good communication skills, a team player and the ability to analyze and prioritize
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Available to start at end January/ beginning of February 2026
• Preferably available for 5+ months internship, full-time (40 hours per week)

1. Optional Initial Call, 15-minute call with a Talent Acquisition Team for an English check and a brief questionnaire.
2. HR Interview, up to a 30-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Team to discuss culture check and expectations.
3. Technical Interview, up to 45-minute technical discussion with our experts.
4. Optional Final Interview, up to a 30-minute employee conditions meeting with the Manager and People Partner.
5. References, we’ll request references at this stage.
