Designing a connected identity for a global leadership summit

Woven Capital is Toyota’s growth-stage venture fund, focused on advancing the future of mobility. For its Global CEO Summit in Tokyo, the organization needed a cohesive and distinctive event identity that could bring together entrepreneurs, industry leaders and Toyota executives around a shared ambition.

The identity had to be grounded in Toyota’s brand foundations while pushing creative boundaries to express Woven Capital’s forward-looking vision. To meet this challenge, DPDK set out to create a connected and strategically grounded identity system that would elevate Woven Capital’s innovation narrative.

Impact

  • Woven Capital’s position strengthened as a thought leader in mobility innovation
  • Compelling, immersive experience for global leaders, entrepreneurs and executives, setting the tone for high-value conversations and partnerships
  • Toyota’s heritage bridged with Woven Capital’s forward-facing mission, reinforcing the company’s evolution toward a mobility-driven future

Elevating Woven Capital’s innovation narrative through design

In preparation for the summit, Woven Capital needed a cohesive event identity that could meet high expectations within a limited timeframe. The design challenge lay in balancing Toyota’s established brand heritage with a contemporary expression that reflected Woven Capital’s forward-looking role in innovation and mobility.

The summit required a distinctive visual language that could unify the experience across all touchpoints. It needed to create clarity and credibility for a global audience while remaining flexible enough to work seamlessly across digital, print, and motion applications.

Designing a high-impact summit experience for global innovation leaders

To deliver a unified summit identity, DPDK developed a complete visual language spanning logo, color palette, typography, textures, and motion. Together, these elements formed a flexible system that could scale across digital, print and event applications while maintaining clarity and consistency.

The identity was applied directly to the summit’s landing page, translating the visual system into a cohesive digital experience. From agenda content and speaker profiles to promotional touchpoints, the platform reflected the same structure and production quality as the event itself, guiding attendees seamlessly across digital and physical touchpoints.

Transform your event into a brand-defining experience.
