Strengthening trust in a maturing industry
Finance in Motion channels global capital toward social and environmental impact. Headquartered in Germany, the organization manages funds in high-growth regions with a clear purpose: to create measurable change for people and planet.
As the impact investing industry matures and investor expectations rise, Finance in Motion recognizes the need for a brand and digital presence that communicate transparency, scale and authority as strongly as its track record. To realize that ambition, the organization partners with us to shape a brand system that strengthens trust and sharpens positioning for the future.
Impact
- Finance in Motion is clearly positioned as a credible, global impact asset manager with a unified narrative that bridges capital and impact
- Cohesive brand and digital ecosystem delivers a consistent, intuitive experience across corporate and fund touchpoints
- Scalable, performance-ready platform enables faster go-to-market, 60% lower launch costs per fund site and a projected +38% increase in engagement at scale
STRATEGIC FOUNDATION
DEFINING A BRAND FOUNDATION INVESTORS CAN TRUST

For Finance in Motion, rebranding is not about a new look but about finding the right positioning together. That positioning unites the capital side of the business with its commitment to impact and sustainability.
Together we sharpen the organization’s unique role as a bridge between public and private capital. Anchored in this shared narrative, the evolved identity gives Finance in Motion a confident and international presence.
To bring it to life, we built messaging frameworks that equip teams and leadership with consistent stories that align culture internally and inspire confidence among investors externally.

EXPERIENCE-LED ARCHITECTURE
SCALING IMPACT FOR A DEEPER FOCUS ON GREEN INVESTMENT

Beyond branding, scalability was a pressing concern. Each of Finance in Motion’s funds required its own website, but without reusable infrastructure this meant duplicated efforts, high costs and inconsistent execution.
Internally, teams were constrained by an inflexible backend; externally, investors faced unclear navigation, generic storytelling and inconsistent experiences that undermined trust. The disconnect was costing Finance in Motion both attention and conversion opportunities.
In response, we built a scalable, future-ready ecosystem with a revamped flagship corporate site and fund websites. The system balances individuality with unity. Each fund carries its own branded feel, but they all use the same building blocks from a reusable component library. The interactive feature, Impact map, in the corporate website makes Finance in Motion’s global footprint instantly visible.

PERFORMANCE ACCELERATION
TURNING BRAND INTO A GROWTH ENGINE

Scaling a global brand requires a performance engine that can match its ambition. At the core of this engine is a digital backbone where every content update is faster, every interaction measurable and every channel aligned.
Analytics and GDPR-compliant tracking turn brand storytelling into data-driven insights. A suite of ready-to-use assets gives Finance in Motion the consistency to show up strong across every channel.
To connect marketing with impact we integrated CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, that captures and nurtures leads. Today, Finance in Motion runs on a performance engine built to measure, adapt and accelerate their growth.

CULTURAL ACTIVATION
BUILDING CLARITY DURING CULTURAL CHALLENGE

Finance in Motion was navigating change: leadership as well as operating model shift. To keep everyone aligned, we developed internal messaging frameworks and leadership communication kits that explained these shifts with clarity and confidence.
Activation materials and brand guidelines empower teams to bring the new brand into daily practice with consistency and renewed pride.
