While performance-driven campaigns kept visibility high, they were no longer enough to attract the right-fit candidates. Recognizing the need to evolve, Goflex partnered with DPDK to build a brand and communication system designed not just to reach talent, but to truly connect with them.

What begins as a marketing challenge turns out to be a deeper strategic issue: Goflex has a strong story and mission, but the way it is expressed no longer connects with the new generation. The identity feels fragmented and lacks the sharpness to build lasting connections.

Together with the team we make a strategic reset. We develop a brand compass that no longer positions Goflex as a broker, but as a mentor and developer of technical talent. From there we reformulate the brand story and create storytelling mechanisms that resonate with the daily lives of the target audience. This shifts the tone from transactional to inspiring.

On this foundation we build a future-proof brand: an identity where the fast-forward icon remains as a recognizable anchor, but everything around it is reimagined. The narrative is translated into formats, content and campaigns that are more than marketing: they inspire, activate and strengthen the brand every single day.

To activate the refreshed brand, we started with the flagship of Goflex’s digital presence: the website. The redesign focused on clarity, simplicity and impact. 

Navigation was streamlined, mobile performance optimized for Gen Z’s browsing habits and the story reframed to resonate emotionally. Instead of feeling transactional, the new UX and UI now guide visitors through personalized journeys that reflect both who they are and where they want to go.
